Application:
TMTM is used for NR and SR, with 10% lower activity than UHOO TMTD. Its vulcanization critical temperature is 121℃ and its after effectiveness is larger than thiuram disulfide and dithiocarbamate.
TMTM can be used alone, but also with thiazoles, aldehydes, guanidine and other accelerators. TMTM is used as the active agent for thiazole.
TMTM can not break down the active sulfur, can not be used for sulfur-free. In CR, combined with S and guanidine, the performance is very good.
General dosage: 0.3-2 phr
