Application:
This product is one of the few amine antioxidant with non-toxic, odorless,light colored. It is widely used in all kinds of elastomers, also can be used in plastic masterbatch such as polyethylene, polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride. Further more, it can be used as antioxidants in polyurethane foam, rubber wire, cable, food packing materials,adhesive, especially in chloroprene rubber color cable sheath, the antioxidant KY-405 shows outstanding properties in heat resistance, light fastness and anti-age. It can not only be used as anti-age antioxidant in polyether and its foam plastic, but also as lubricating oil antioxidant. It is effective in application of protecting neoprene, polyacrylate rubber,polyether polyol from aging caused by high heat and lights. It also has good synergistic effect with sulfur-containing oxidants.
